Young people who have committed SYV, who have re-offended in the year

Our goal
The re-offending figures for young people who were released from custody, received a non-custodial conviction at court, or received a caution, reprimand or warning since the beginning of each financial year. Proven re-offending is defined as any offence committed in a one year follow-up period and receiving a court conviction, caution, reprimand or warning in the one year follow up. Following this one year period, a further six months is allowed for cases to progress through the courts.
